Terms of Use

1. Parties and subject
These terms govern the use of the NBBTC platform between NBBTC GLOBAL DIŞ TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (NBBTC GLOBAL A.Ş.) ("NBBTC") and the member.
2. Service
The platform is in pre-release; features may change. No money transfers or payments are made through the platform.
3. Membership
Natural persons aged 18 or over who provide accurate and up-to-date information may become members. The member is responsible for account security (password, 2FA).
4. Acting on behalf of a company
A member who opens an account or acts on behalf of a company declares that they are authorised to represent it; liability for unauthorised acts lies with the member.
5. Prohibited use
Unlawful content, using another person's account, attempts to circumvent security measures, automated bulk registration and uploading malware are prohibited.
6. Content and documents
Rights to uploaded documents remain with the member; NBBTC processes them only to provide the service and runs them through security scanning.
7. Intellectual property
The platform's software, design and trademarks belong to NBBTC.
8. Liability
NBBTC is not a party to commercial relationships between members; no guarantee of uninterrupted service is given during pre-release.
9. Suspension and termination
Accounts may be suspended for breach of these terms; members may close their account at any time.
10. Changes
Changes to these terms are notified by e-mail before they take effect.
11. Governing law
The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply. The courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye Cumhuriyeti have jurisdiction over disputes; statutory rights of members who are consumers are reserved.
